Fairwood Student Housing provides affordable student housing to the students of Millikin University and the neighboring community. Fairwood Student Housing, owns more than a dozen homes adjacent to the Millikin University campus in the safest area.
The Fairwood Student Housing homes are mainly on block 1300 of West Wood Street near the DISC (Decatur Indoor Sports Center) about a minutes’ walk away from the South West corner of the Millikin University Campus.
